Terms & Conditions of Service


  1. Insurance
    Clean & Co maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance. Policy details are available upon request. Clean & Co accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost, or delay whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or otherwise arising from the actions, omissions, or non-attendance of our staff. The client agrees to indemnify Clean & Co and its staff against all such liabilities and any associated legal or administrative costs.
  2. Service Concerns and Damage
    Any issues relating to the quality of service, damage to property, or dissatisfaction must be reported to Clean & Co within 24 hours of the service being carried out. Reports should be made during working hours. Clean & Co must be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify the concern before any further action is taken. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
  3. Staff Employment Restriction
    The client shall not employ, engage, or arrange engagement directly or indirectly of any Clean & Co staff during the period of the contract or within six months following its termination, without prior written agreement. Any breach will result in a recruitment compensation charge equal to three months of service fees, payable immediately.
  4. Payment Terms
    Invoices are issued monthly on the 1st and must be settled within 30 days by BACS transfer. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per calendar month and a fixed late fee of £15. Clean & Co reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of ongoing non-payment.
  5. Commencement of Service
    Cleaning services will only begin upon receipt of a signed contract or written acceptance of a quotation. This confirms the client’s agreement to Clean & Co’s service schedule, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions.
  6. Price Adjustments
    Clean & Co reserves the right to adjust pricing annually in line with inflation, increases to the National Minimum or Living Wage, or material cost increases. Notice of any change will be given in writing with no less than 30 days’ notice.
  7. Acceptance of Terms
    By signing the service agreement or continuing to use Clean & Co’s services after receiving a copy of these Terms & Conditions, the client confirms full acceptance.
