Do you supply the cleaning equipment and materials?

As standard we quote for cleaning using your own equipment and materials, which keeps the weekly price down and means everything stays on site. If you would rather we supplied products and bin liners, we can add that as a separate quoted item.

Are you insured, trained and checked?

Yes. We carry £5m public liability insurance, our staff are DBS checked and fully COSHH trained, and they carry photo ID badges. We work to BICSc methods and use a colour-coded cloth system so nothing crosses between washrooms, kitchens and general areas.

Can you clean outside our working hours?

Yes. Most of our commercial cleaning happens early morning, in the evening or at weekends so your team is not disturbed. We agree the day and time at the site visit and we keep to it.

Are we tied into a long contract?

No. Our commercial cleaning runs on a rolling agreement with a straightforward notice period, set out clearly in writing before you start.

What happens if something gets missed?

Tell us and we will put it right. You deal directly with the people running the business, so issues get sorted the same week rather than disappearing into a ticketing system.
