Are you insured?

Absolutely. We hold full public liability insurance up to 2 Million Pounds, designed specifically for the cleaning industry.
This covers property damage, key loss, and more, giving you complete peace of mind.

What times of day do you clean?

To reduce disruption, we typically clean outside of working hours, either in the evenings or over the weekend.

Do you provide your own cleaning materials and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything needed for a professional clean, including bin liners. We use effective, eco-conscious products wherever possible. 

However If you’d prefer to keep cost low, we can use your on-site products, and we will reflect that option in our quote.

What’s included in a typical clean?

We’ll provide a detailed cleaning specification with every service agreement. Our cleans usually include:

Vacuuming and mopping floors

Desk cleaning (clear desk policy applies)

Bin emptying

Kitchen and toilet cleaning

Hygenic Hot Spots (Door handles, Light Switches etc.)

Monthly deep cleaning rotations (fridges, microwaves, dusting, cobweb removal, bannisters, etc.)

Weekly cleaning checklist left on site for your records

Is there a contract?

Yes, we provide a rolling monthly contract with a one-month notice period. This keeps things simple for both sides while ensuring clarity of service.

What if I need extra
cleaning or an emergency clean?

We’re always happy to help. Just get in touch and we’ll try to arrange a one-off visit or a schedule change at short notice.

How much do you charge?

Our rates are tailored to each site depending on the size, scope, and frequency of cleaning.  We’ll provide a clear, no-obligation quote before any work starts.
