No. However it provides you with a close guide estimate based on your selections. We aim to keep as close to the online quote as possible, and will confirm the final price after a free site visit, once we have assessed the premises and agreed the work required you will be be given the final price.

What affects the cost of cleaning?

The type and size of your premises, the number of facilities, the condition of the space, visit frequency and any selected extras can affect the price. Access arrangements and any specialist requirements are discussed during the site visit.

Are cleaning products and equipment included?

Select the supply options relevant to your service in the calculator. We will confirm which products, materials and equipment are included in your written quotation, including any specialist equipment required.

Can I get an estimate for a one-off clean?

Yes. The calculator includes end of tenancy, deep cleaning, builders cleaning and property presentation, alongside commercial and community venue cleaning. Choose the option that best matches the work you need.
